not a good week, but I am not going to let that deter me, as crappy as I felt this AM I got my but out of bed and walk down to the local store and back it took 1hr. and 40 min.

Thank you, I am grateful for the 1lb. but, I was unable to exercise or even walk last week, due to my severe arthritis. we will see how I feel after my jaunt today. Thanks for the support, Good Luck to you too

I have some ongoing hip pain, so I know what it's like when you'd like to be more active but it's too painful. Congrats on the loss - you're making it happen despite the challenges!
