Talk about a weekend bender. Gained 3.5 lbs eating the food I've been missing and not watching my portions. Now I have to lose 5.5 lbs to meet my goal. and at one time I was 1 lb away. How many times to we have to lose the same lbs over and over and over. Back on track starting today.
