A half pound isn't too bad. Looking at your weight chart, it's looking better. This time of year makes it easier too because we can get outside for exercise. We have a place to walk about a mile from our house that's called Round mountain. It's about an hour walk the short way. The path spirals up to the top, then back down. Beautiful area. We did that yesterday. Was very nice. Hope you have some places you like too.
