Today has been the hardest as the ladies week is coming around. I could eat everything in the house and don't dare go to the store. Pasta had to be given to a friend, since i didn't want to eat it and ate the zunnci pasta strips. Soda has been a little high today on my menu, but i threw it out because it tasted yucky or i just didn't want it. I am learning to turn away items that i once found easy to wolf down with out even knowing what i was eating. These are lifesytle changes and i know that i will fall off the wagon. I am gradually easing my way into the life style changes. I have my main goal on my fridge, cupboards, and on my new career outfit i wish to wear sooner than later. When i think about those cravings, i find something else to do, walk on the treadmill, brush my teeth, or just have a bite of the craving will end it. All in all i am going to give myself an 3 out of 5, considering i walked on the treadmill 2 miles on my day off. I was getting an anxiety attack for falling off the wagon, so i did the exercising to rid some of the big extra calories that i took it. I am proud of how far i have come with only doing this for ten days, which i haven't given up and i am starting to be aware of how the old habits can ruin my hard day of work to get healthier and more thin..
