I had gotten back up to 164 lb but am now going back down. I have been doing pretty good with the diet but haven't gotten back into the exercising yet. Today is our Daytona 500 party so I don't expect to do as good. I am bringing fruit so there will be at least one thing healthy to eat. I have cut back on bread. My lunches are usually yogurt with a fruit cup and/or applesauce or an apple. I am still drinking soda. Soda is something I can't give up yet.
