it's been a bad week for my eating habits and at work. i think the stress of work has made me want to eat tons of food and not healthy food. i haven't done as badly as i thought. i still lost one pound. i also did not cave into my real cravings of huge pieces of german chocolate cake, in and out burgers and tons of microwave butter popcorn.

One pound lost is better than one pound gained! Stress eating is a major source of weight gain...I find myself grazing when I'm at home which is why I try and be out on the weekends. I just keep healthy things around to pop in my mouth...nuts, fruit, sugar free jello and gum. Although I have to be mindful of the amount that I eat at least it keeps me from caving in and eating my true love...cake!
