Water Fast Day #4
I have large traces of ketosis this morning at 80mg/dL
I'm struggling a bit on doing tbis fast this time around, I hope to feel better in a couple of days.
Yesterday I felt a somehow weak and tired by the end of the day.
Today I planned to take it easy and give my body time to rest and heal.
