I was fortunate enough to have a weigh in day that falls the day after Christmas. I was surprised when I saw that the scale went down 2.8 pounds. As of today I have lost 93.5 pounds and I am on my 4th 10% target. I am getting very close to my doctor's goal and then I will decide what my personal goal is. I like to make small goals that I can acheive without having to try too hard.
