I'm feeling good! I have stuck with my planned meals all week, despite the "Third Annual Valentines Day Sugar Festival" at work. All week, the office kitchen table has been loaded with home-baked cakes, cookies, brownies, ect. I have not had even one tiny morsel! I am so proud of myself - carby sweets are usually my downfall! Earlier in the week I put together a visualization picture for myself. I found a picture of my ideal body and photoshopped my head onto it. I think it came out pretty good :). Whenever I feel tempted to stray, I pull up this picture and remind myself of where I'm headed. So far, it's really helped me stay motivated!
