Starting over. Story of my life. But I am suprer motivated. Met a lady who lost 62 kilograms unintentionally. She put her son on the Ketogenic diet because he has drug resistant epilepsy. The whole family adopted the lifestyle to help the child and in the process she lost a whole person without even intending to. I don't have a whole person to lose, but, 20 kilos in six months is achievable.
