So I am up 2 pounds to 146 and I am not sure if that is good or bad. I think I am doing things right and than when I gain I am not sure if it's because of fat or muscle?? I have started upping my workouts to involve more weights and toning but is that enough and should I be adding more cardio? I don't know, I guess I will just keep doing what I am doing for a bit longer and see how my clothes fit. I used to measure myself and I guess it would be a good thing to start again. I will measure tomorrow, I already have a late start today.
