I have no idea why I gained some weight. Perhaps I was dehydrated the other day and hadn't actually lost all that weight I though I lost.

Oh, btw, I didn't only eat 700 calories today. My lunch and dinner wasn't entered in the recipe section yet so I couldn't add it :P

It's pretty frustrating to bounce back up.

The only thing I can think of is that I have a VERY specific diet outline written on my fridge to follow everyday, and I didn't follow it, but I DID stay in my carbs, calories, and protein. My body can't possibly be THAT picky.
