My husband convinced me that taking one day a week off from a diet is a good thing to do. Not his fault, because I know better. Up goes the sugar and the weight. Not by much, but it sure kicked me out of keto. Why should I take a day off if I like the foods I'm eating anyway and it doesn't leave me with cravings. Lesson learned.

Exactly! Every time I get the feeling I'm "missing out" on something I remind myself that I love the foods I'm eating and am very fortunate to have access to good food.
