I'd hardly call it bad! You've a very narrow maintenance band set and you're moving around it. 300g in a week is about the weight of a large mug of coffee - it could be water fluctuation, it could be your gut being sluggish, it could be hormones. Don't be so hard on yourself and enjoy being at a good weight and within 500-1000g either side of your target. Have a good day!
