Sprained knees from climbing stairs keeps remind me that I don't want to gain weight and really would rather lose. Without too much effort, that dull nagging pain helps me to control my appetite. Also, I have been eating Kirkland protein bars occasionally and they seem to help curb appetite. Since they have a very low carb count and high protein, they fit into my type two diet plan, and I have continued to lose weight using them at least once a day.
