10 lbs in 5 weeks. I started cutting back on carbs just before the holiday parties. I eat, when I'm hungry-and if I'm not hungry, but haven't had enough to eat, I eat. I feel great! In December, I could do one real push up. This morning I did 10 and today I'm going to start a challenge of adding one more push up a day.
