Done pretty well again today. Calories are about right & drank loads of water - spending most of my life in the loo. Lol. I'm gonna try 16/8 fasting tomorrow. My plan is to eat breakfast & lunch & then only water & green tea until breakfast on Sunday. Has anyone found this to be effective?
