NICE!! Second weigh in...I followed the program very well..except I can't seem to eat all that fruit and I'm a bit lacto-intol so that one is tougher for me too...but it all paid off with a 4.6 lb loss! I was totally surprised. I was just hoping for ONE! I KNOW not every week I'll even have an ounce loss...but I'll live in the glory of it now to inspire me to go on and reach my goal! I appreciate any and all 'words of wisdom' so please share with me! :o) Here's to another week of hard work!! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
