Kind of depressing. Have been doing really good the last 3 days on watching what i eat and have even been walking on the treadmill about 15 min. each night and still a gain. Was really hoping for a loss but i am not giving up yet!

Are you getting enough sleep and drinking enough water? If food intake and exercise are on track it sounds like you might have some muscle growth which can cause swelling and water retention. This is a good gain, but I know it can be discouraging when looking at the scale. Up your water intake AND rest, hopefully you will see some positive changes in the near future!!! Good Luck and stay positive!!
