Not really upset about this. It was the girls b-day party weekend and we had a hell of a time. 35 people at the house and the sangria was gooood. Had a lot of good food and no one went hungry :) This is make up week. Hopefully it all comes off as fast as I packed it in (and it'd be nice if I gain some LBM in the mean time haha). I was still 15.5% Sunday morning. Tomorrow will tell!!

WOE: Trying not to snack Weight: finish cut by end of year. Exercise: Scheduled workout session tomorrow, Wednesday, and Friday. Planning on learning some yoga from the wife, treadmill, and some lifting.
