There is a gain, but I can account for all of the 4.5 pounds. So, I know what to do to get it back down, I am ok with that. I haven't been to the gym in a couple of weeks, a nice trip down to Virginia for work had put a stop to that for a little bit, and my wife has started her new job, so being at home in the mornings is more important. I will start going on the weekends to make up for what I miss, and I will see about maybe just going two days during the work week. Gotta get a good schedule so everyone can get things done.
