Eek I didn't lose anything this week. I actually lost a pound and regained. Very disappointing so last nite I went back to my emotional eating pattern. I thought I was done with that. Although I went off the wagon I still stayed on Atkins. I just went off Induction Phase. I think I didn't drink enough and didn't eat my usual "big salad" for lunch. I also had STRESS this week. With still 100 lbs to lose this kinda of breaks my spirit. I will continue forward and try to recapture my mode of eating right.
