January 1st. Began the one meal per day diet of the Helman's for now with the caveat that I could eat anything low-carb during the day should I so choose. Also--two cafe au lait whenever I like.
For me -- simplification matters. This eat every three hours stuff is doomed to failure for me for that reason.
