So I'm now 256.2. I've seen lower weights, but that's okay. I've made such great progress in this one year (well, 51 weeks really, but that's okay).

My goal for this year is to lose 1 pound per week. So it will be slow, and I'd love to lose more, but I don't want to set a goal that I will be unable to achieve.

I'd love to be 199 by next year at this time.
