this birthday month (averaging 2 birthdays a week) is not good for a person. i just have not been able to bring myself to decline the cake.... at least its down and not up.
and i did a rather intense workout that i havent done in two years, i still hurt :) but in a good way.
still wishing for the fit,fabulous, funky fairy to come in the middle of the night and grant all my wishes though.
