Not doing so well as yet, but will do better next week.
Have decided that this last week has been more of an eye opener for me than actual change of eating habits. By recording everything I've eaten- never done this before - am absolutely devastated by what I thought I was doing well on and find nope, huge amount of excess calories. So, proper planning, proper mealtimes, no I'll just have a bit of cheese etc. Bit cooler now so can exercise more. Watch this space.

That's a great loss. Main things I find help me is, plan ahead, stick to the plan, weigh and total accurately and stick to RDI
