Hello 230's!I don't plan to stick around too long with you. But it feels good to finally break out of the 240's! I have decided come next week, I'm going to go the gym in the mornings before work, because going to gym after work is becoming very hard for me. I'm going to try to go the gym at 6am, put in a hour work out, take a shower at the gym & then go to work hopefully get to work before 8am! I think I can do it. How is everyone's week going?
