DELISH steak oscar dinner last night with homemade creamed spinach and a stirfry of asparagus, mushrooms, and onions. Totally LCHF compliant... I probably just ate a bit too much of everything as I didn't weigh my servings.... but dang, YUM!

Lately, I have eaten some great steak, and maybe the best was at d. Vino's. The way they marinade these steaks is amazing. My latest want is to get a full lobster dinner at the Palm Restaurant on 12th St. near Staples Center. Huge lobsters for $100 bucks a dinner of two. A bit rich for my blood, but that's discounted. Lol

I do a yummy aspargus dish for hubby. I wrap the aspargus with ham and laddle bechamel sauce over. He's getting chateaubriand tonight. :))
