I'm at the end of the 9-day C9 cleansing program. As I promised on the first day, I'm gonna publish the results:
Waist area: -6cm
Hips: -2cm
Thigh: -1cm
Total weigh loss: -2kg
Regardless of the above figures, I must admit I was hoping for a bigger lost concerning my weight, but oh, well, I try to stay positive and enjoy my total weigh loss I achieved since 28th May, which is -5kg.
I'm continuing my dieting with Forever Living Products tomorrow, staring the 1st day of the Part 1 of the Fit1 program, which is going to last for an additional 30 days. I'm truly looking forward to the outcome of that, too.
