Wow, a happy Sunday to all! Is there such thing as a diet church? Because, forgive me father for I have sinned! Was it the Lil Caesars Deep Dish, or maybe eating at Mimi's, or just possibly, just not really caring? The signs of this murder are all around; half empty pizza box, dirty dishes, empty wallet. Based on past posts, I'm assuming this was written "tongue in cheek," so my answer is in the same vein: The empty wallet should help you get back on track! Cleaning up the trash and washing the dishes will provide a little extra exercise, and I'm sure there's an avocado around somewhere to keep you going! (lol) Holiday weekends are tough on everyone, we can only do our best and hit the plan again after it's over! Don't get down, there are lots of us with you!!

Hi Warren.. Happy Sunday to you too! Isn't FS great cause I accept your confession! I couldn't see the pics you posted, but I see the car windshield - I think I've seen that car at a Costco gas station once- was it a really huge Van (blackish color) driven by a Caucasian family? I remember my husband and I saying WTF with all those little tots and the van wasn't your standard van but one of those special extra large makes!! Lol..

Warren I ♥️ spam! I eat spam n eggs all the time! I love spam musubi too- that's a Hawaiian thing, rice balls with spam but lately I don't eat much rice, so I eat plain old spam. Do you like spam?

That's why those red arrows are pointing up! lol I never realized one can has 1080 calories. That's crazy! Sure tastes good, though.
