WELL...........................IM BACK!! Its been a long time.. Ive attempted to do better and lose weight.. Ive gained more. I am struggling but NOW I have to do something as my health is in risk. I got diagnosised with PCOS.. and I may not be able to have kids. I have to go to a gyno and see what else I have to do or if they can do anything about it other than weightloss. I am not doing the abs diet.. I am just trying to eat healthy and I am going to be starting a new gym. Ive already signed up and am pretty excited as its my fave hockey players gym.. well he co-owns it. I dont even know if anyone will notice me on here. I am pretty embarrassed bout being so big but I also need support. ... so here I am. Hope everyone has had a good weekend.
