Came back Saturday evening from tour of San Antonio. Waked a lot for 4 days on the tour, but it didn't make up for a the food we ate. My ankle is really painful; going to see a doctor. Had a 4+LBS. gain at TOPS this evening. Glad to get back to making my own meals hope to have a good weight loss next Monday.
