It's been one whole month since I weighed in last. I've been staying with my clean healthy lifestyle and I feel amazing. It's the best that I've felt since in my twenties. My hair is soft and shining, my skin is glowing and the best part is my body is shrinking. Three more kilos are gone! I had a glorious holiday away with 10 of my family members to Hamilton Island in the Whitsundays. I had a day that was called 'Bikini Celebrations' because I have lost a total of 13 kilos (28.6 Pounds) and that is certainly something to celebrate. I am almost halfway to my goal weight. Sixteen kilos (35.2 Pounds) to go. I can only dream of the way that I will feel when I get there if I'm feeling this way now. Dream big fellow Fatsecreters. Your Body......Your Responsibility!
