Now, THIS is very strange. Yesterday, I had a VERY low measurement of my fat percentage, and today it's still there but I gained a whopping 1500 grams - that's more than 3 lbs since yesterday! What's up with that?!?

Of course, it's not fat gain unless someone slipped in 10,000 bonus calories in my dinner last night. Nothing to worry about - it'll be gone in a couple of days. It just looks HORRIBLE on my statistics!

Yesterday was an awesome day. I had leftover chili for lunch (maybe that's the culprit?) and just plain rye bread with ham for dinner. I went straight from work to go teaching, so dinner was very uninspired.

However, the two interviews I was supposed to do yesterday at work both got canceled, so I suddenly had 4 hours of extra time to work on the piles that what added to me stressing a little over work. Piles are now GONE! I got a few things left that I can't get any further right now, just waiting for input from others.

It's a great feeling, and last night I slept like a baby. Actually, slept wonderfully late, and I am still struggling to wake up, though I've been up and awake for close to two hours. :)

Tonight will be more sleep, with no evening coffee. Well, actually, I bought decaf yesterday to see if not having late evening caffeine will help me too. I gotta work this out. All work and no play makes Kingkeld something something.

Today is a fairly relaxed work day - two interviews and then administrative work. Wife is cooking for tonight, and we got the latest episode of Terra Nova lined up to watch. I just gotta make sure to do good on my food choices and it's gonna be perfect.

I always find that if my BF% is down, my water reading is up and sometimes, so is my weight. Certainly BF% down and water up, seem to go hand in hand.... Not sure if you have noticed a similar trend... So I conclude from my own perspective, that if I don't drink enough, my BF% reading will be up. Not sure what that means.

If you are doing body fat on a scale, those things aren't super accurate. They will vary depending on many factors. But overnight weight when you have been on plan sounds like water weight.
