Over the past few days I've gone through a cycle of eating well, having a small binge the next day, feeling bad about it so I eat well again, and then I have another small binge the next day :(. I've really come to notice that my eyes are bigger than my stomach esp. recently. Like I buy two cups of soup because I'm hungry and I know it tastes good. By the time I finish the first, I'm not as hungry but I'm in the position, oh well I bought this now, I don't want to waste it. So I eat it.

All of this on top of coming back to school (ugh) and two close friends having major crises, of which I'm supporting them with. I keep telling myself I just need to get through these last couple of months, because everything is laid out so nicely summer onwards. I'm having motivation problems. Though I have been extremely active (for me) without much effort. I went 10.8k steps and 58 flights of stairs, did my laundry etc. What is life lol
