still tracking calories. i used to plan all meals before but now i pick each day as i go and think that is helping at the moment. my freezer is packed full of healthy home cooked meals that contain at least 2 of my 5 a day. i have relaxed a little but not enough tgat i would gain without realising. hoping to keep up with maintaining and maybe try to tone up a little

Again congrats on reaching your goal!! As you probably know maintaining a weight can sometimes be as challenging (or more) than losing towards a goal. My wife has a 2 pound window at her maintenance weight, she never lets it trend upwards out of it, one of my daughters who is very active in sports has a 5 pound window, thought I'd share that as it might give you another tool to use in your maintenance program. Very proud of you, took a lot of determination, stay healthy and have a great life!!

thanks yes a 2 lb window sounds good to keep. maintenance is hard i know its a long road but i am learning when to stop the rubbish and when its ok to treat. thank you all for the support i doubt i could have done it without you :) its a journey that requires support and this site gives that x
