Hi Esimmons, Hope you don't mind my commenting on your journal but it really struck home with me. I am on induction and have chronic irregularity. Anyway while looking for help on the internet I came across flaxseed and I remembered I have some flax oil pills so I took two of them and voila! success! So I am no doc but it worked for me and I just thought I should share. Good luck.
