A good week for me last week, lots of exercise, and lots accomplished. Diet holding up well, eating healthily, but not having to cut out so much nowadays as I have learned to balance my meals out in my head before making choices. I know I can have a cake, but no other treats that day, and as long as it isn't a huge piece that will overload on carbs then that is fine and my body can cope. No weight gain, no loss just a steady 57kg. I shall be interested to see how my bloods are doing when I go for the next check up in April.
