Still holding at 175 lbs. I am still trying to beat this winter funk. I got used to eating what I wanted over the holiday and the weight I gained has pulled me down. I want to lose the weight, sadly the motivation to watch what I eat and record it all has went kaput. Today I am going to push myself to get my walking done and to watch what I eat. Ready for that sunshine! The gloom of winter affects my depression so badly and I know that is a huge set back as well. Please forgive me if I've repeated myself in my recent journal entries :( I'm just trying to confess my weakness so I can face it and move on!
