Been a roller coaster year. My husband had a major heart attack out in Calgary (3600km away from me) March 5th, 2015. Welcomed a grandson on March 13th, 2 days after hubby came home. Was more concerned about his well being than my own.

I was attacked by two pit bulls on October 6th, 2015 so had to stop working out. Gained like crazy since then. Now that I am almost completely healed it's time to get back on track starting today.

Plan to do 3 30 minute sessions on my treadmill every other day and do other workouts (Biggest Loser Wii Challenge, Jillian Michaels workouts for beginners) and T'ai Chi for beginners. My goal is to get down 73 lbs by May. I want to get back to Onederland!!! Changing diet. No sugar, Low fat (which I was already doing). All snacks besides fruit and veggies are out. All processed foods are out. From now on nothing but homemade. Might follow the Venus Factor Program again.

I am going to be hard on myself but I did this once when I was younger I will do this again now for me and my family. I want to grow old and watch my grandchildren grow.
