Wow Annmarie. You've lost more than 17 kilos! That is to be celebrated! I gained a few since September so today it is back to the drawing board for me. I want to lose 6 kilos more. Wishing you the best on the last part of your weight loss journey!

Thank you 😊 I've lost almost 5 stone as I lost some before finding fatsecret. This site has helped so much as putting everything in makes you choose better things. You will soon be on the way to your 6 kilo loss. Christmas is hard but January is a great month to start your journey

You are doing just great...I've got another 10 kg to go which I hope I can do by the end of this month. ..that will be around 20Kg off....but you have a already achieved it and that's massive. ..well done you and long may it continue.
