Wow, only 4 days to Christmas. My goal was to reach 215 by then, but I really wanted to be 210. I'm going to try but 4 lbs in 4 days would be very difficult for me. But on the bring side I'm now a pound down from my goal of 215. I've walked a lot today, mainly because it's going to be raining the next 3 days. Gonna do a lot of riding that stationary bike it looks like. And Christmas morning for breakfast I'm going to have a bowl of grits with cheese, shrimp & bacon like my mama used to make. Also a home made cheese & country ham biscuit. Then get back on track. Once a year I deserve something from my past I've always love.
