Same as before. No change. Better than an increase. Ate some cookies after my kids' Christmas program. Probably too many. Finally have the bedrooms, living room, kitchen, dining room and garage straightened up. Now for the game room and basement. I have the exercise bike and weight bench in the basement. Once that is fixed up and straightened out, I will get on it daily as I did before. Perhaps my weight will go down again. I hope I get to 225 this run and stay down longer.
