Actually back on track, not just pretend and make appropriate noises and then put food in the too hard basket. Sprained wrist, rolled ankle its been a week of injury but I just have to keep reminding myself bodies are made in the kitchen not the gym. Right I'm off to do chores at Granddads! Bodies are made in the kitchen, not the gym - I love that! We all know 90% of our success is what goes in the mouth and the gym pushed the metabolism!
