And so the weight-loss of the week begins. After a couple of days with a gain after the weekend's spike day, I am finally starting to lose the weight again. Since yesterday, I am down 500g, a pound, to 94 kgs. There is still some ways to go to reach a new low (this would happen at 91.3 kgs), but many things can happen before Saturday, where I would love to reach this goal, since it's the last weigh-in before next spike.
I do see the potential in reaching this, as my smart smart scale not only told me this morning that I have lost weight, but also that my fat percentage is still going lower. This essentially means that I have lost even more fat than the weight indicates, thus setting me up for a lower number soon. I'm curious what tomorrow will bring.

@Sarahduke - Damn you for keeping up with me like that! :) Actually, no, I have not gone. I am just hanging in there going to work, exhausted at the end of the day. I bring my work out clothes every day, so I can go when I feel up to it. I hope I will go today. We'll see. It might be motivation to skip out of work early. :)
