:( so i fell off the wagon this week and TOM still hasnt arrived and i am so bloated due to that but this is a new day and i am going to lose weight and get healthier. tis Detox today so will be drinking loads.

So... get back on the wagon (which you are doing already) and lets get going...! My TOM is expected today and I am suffering like hell - so we are feeling the same - plus when I have my TOM I crave Marmite sarmies (Marmite sandwiches!) with alot of butter, so instead of just sniffing the marmite jar this morning, I had a marmite sarmie! So what... it's cold, I'm sore and I really wanted it so I did!
Your doing it my sweet cousin! Everyone is so ultra proud of you in this family, you have no idea...!
