I did so well but no noticed, Ide lost 14 lbs, my pants were baggie my face was thinner yet no one noticed.....poor me so I gained it all back. I said to my self, if no one notice you thin no one notices you fat...except me. As I doing this for everyone eases approval or am I doing this for me? I dont know?

I've learned that it's not for everyone else, but it's for ME. I need to do this for my own self gratification. People may notice, but may not say anything - why? because they may be conficted of their own weight problem.
I say....don't give up. It's not a diet, it's a life changing experience for YOU.
