Well I gained again and I have decided it's time to lay the smack down on myself and get serious. I am making a commitment to myself to be at my goal weight of 144.4 by the end of the year. That's a little over 10 lbs in 10 weeks, so basically a lb a week. I know there are holidays in there and that will be tough, but I can do this! Been kicking it up a notch with the exercise and that seems to be helping, I'm already down from what I really gained. It's all a head game. I'm trying to quit mountain dew. Going from every other day to trying to do it once a week. I really miss it, but I know once I get that sugar out of my system, I will crave it less. Nothing but empty calories (tasty delicious little empty calories). Also all soda has so many bad chemicals in it, some linked to cancer (seems like everything is now days). So really trying to clean up my diet. Hoping this is what I need to kick that last ten lbs. I got this....
