Not totally steady but an average over a week. it bounces 2 pounds up and dpwn. I don't worry about those fluctuations as your body normally fluctuates. I am thankful I found a WOE that has worked for me instead of gaining it all back plus more as I have done in the past.

You are doing so great! No, I never worry about the one or two pounds. So easy for me to gain five to ten pounds a week! That is the reason why I have to be so vigilant.

kattay, it would be easy to gain it back. That's why I track my food most days and beat myself up if I slack off on the exercise.
