Down just a little, but every ounce counts. I have a series of long workdays that have really affected how I exercise. However, I have been spending more time upright and less seated. This does help. Onwards and downwards.

I've been reading about the weight impact of high-fibre diets. I'm not 100 percent persuaded. I think [i]fibre [/i]is important, although I'm getting a lot of the bulk in my diet right now from the [i]water[/i] content of what I'm eating (all the peaches, plums, cucumbers, squashes, and tomatoes get most of their bulk from water), and that has been [i]extremely[/i] filling.

Morning, as you say, any loss is a bonus. And this is an ongoing learning curve. I am sure you are researching and learning all the time, tweaking this and that to avoid boredom. Onwards and downwards to quote yourself!
